A large majority of services today are built on what we most think of as a church service. These are the services where you sit in a large room with everyone facing the leader of the service and he or she speaks for about an hour on a topic. These services require you to spend some time on your own thinking about or discussing the topic with others.

There are a growing number of churches now that are built on something different. Something where the service is built on you forming small groups and having discussions on topics right then and there. This may seem foreign to a lot of people but it has been used very effectively. If you listen in to this week’s podcast we will discuss some ways to transition to having small groups in your Sunday Service.
